C2: Start Ups

Nothing can fully prepare you for starting your own business—but you can learn from others who’ve been there. We asked four founders and startup advisors to be panelists at our Start-Ups event so they can share what they wish they’d known when they were starting out. So, don’t miss out on this great opportunity to learn how to be successful in the startup world.

According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) national report, more than 100 million startups are launched every year, which is about 3 startups per second. Launching your startup is very competitive when there is such a large pool of new startups.

Startup success requires hard work and risks. It means taking an honest look at what’s driving your, what you need to do to improve, and not getting so comfortable that you avoid the challenges that can help you and your business grow. Only when you commit to taking the steps to become a stronger leader that success follows.

This Free event sponsored by the VETTED foundation and W2O is perfect for innovators, transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, college students, entrepreneurs, business, startup, and community leaders.

Bring plenty of business cards for networking and a raffle.

5:30 – 6:00 pm: Networking and Happy Hour

6:00 – 6:45 pm: Panel Discussion followed by Q&A

6:45 – 7:00 pm: Continue the conversation…..and raffle prizes!

This is a live in-person event for our local Austin/Central Texas community AND a live-stream event for our national VETTED community.
